Case Study : Maintaining A High-Functioning Airport
One of the world's busiest airports, Changi Airport needs to continually meet or even exceed the high expectations of global air travellers. Since its opening in 1981, Terminal 1 has seen a high volume of travellers into and out of Singapore and through transit. The high volume of travellers places tremendous pressure on CPG FM's team to ensure that the facility is high-functioning, clean and comfortable for everyone -- from employees to travellers.
Throughout the tenure of our contract, CPG FM conducted daily maintenance and repair works, carrying out tests and upgrading of systems without affecting the operation of Changi Airport Terminal 1. We were able to successfully maintain the terminal with minimal downtime due to the expertise and discipline of our experienced FM professionals, strategic use of various technologies and world-class processes for comprehensive facilities maintenance, administration and management.
